Open Run of Show to add, edit, reorder, or advance cues. Cue state is reflected on the Command tab.

Event operations support
Help for timed cues, door counts, crew check-in, supplies, incidents, and closeout exports.
Door and crew
Use Door for observed arrivals and Crew for assignments and check-in. Both stay with the selected event.
Field log
Track supplies and incidents during the event. Resolving an incident preserves its record.
Exports
Open Field Log and choose PDF, CSV, or text, then select a destination in the iOS share sheet.
Quick checks
- Confirm the intended event is selected before entering records.
- If an export destination is unavailable, check the destination app or service.
- For venue or regulatory requirements, consult the venue and relevant authorities.
